Orowheat Health-full Bread® Review

The best perk of being a bzzagent is discovering new products! And this particular product to try was right up my alley because my new year's resolution was to eat right and exercise. I've learned to read labels and be aware of my caloric intake (with the help of myfitnesspal) so that I don't go over my daily amount (3500cal/wk or 500cal/day over daily amount = 1lb gained/wk). Most of the breads available are usually high on calories with little or no added benefits. With Orowheat Health-full breads, it's 80cal/slice, 4-5g of fiber, 5g of protein with no artificial colors/flavors/preservatives!
Luckily, Randall's had a buy-one-get-one free promo that I combined with bzzagent's coupon for a free loaf that I ended up with two to try and enjoy :) The breads are soft, full of texture and tasted good. It's healthy, but doesn't have the bland/lack of flavor that healthy foods tend to have at times. It held up even the soggiest ingredients and stayed fresh throughout the week.

Open-face Egg Sandwhich

The variations are endless! Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to sacrifice flavor or settle for high calories. I highly recommend giving Orowheat Health-full bread a try. It may be a little more pricey than the others, but it's worth the price for it's quality.

Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I am a bzzagent and was provided a coupon for a free loaf for review purposes only.
